Are the products on this site original or copied software?

All products on this site are original and are purchased through Hal Leonard Publishing. Hal Leonard is the distributer for Yamaha, Tune 1000, Virtuoso ect.

How fast can I expect to get my order?
|
All orders are processed and usually shipped the same day they are received, (Monday through Friday). All orders (unless upgrade is applied) will be shipped USPS First Class, or Media Mail which should take about 7 days excluding Sundays. If you need the products by a certain time, please use the faster shipping options. Extra shipping charges do apply.

Do the Freight Charges also include insurance?

YES! All orders include insurance excluding outside USA.

What if I order something and it is not compatible with my instrument?
|
Our policy is customer satisfaction. We will gladly exchange (within 30 days) or refund (within 10 days) any unopened products that are not compatible with your instrument as long as there is no damage to the book or disk. Products that are opened may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Disk/Book combinations that are opened cannot be returned.
NOTE: Please let us know if you find a product will not work on your instrument so the site can be updated and others will not have the same problem.

If I can't get the site to work, can I place a order on the phone?

YES! If you experience problems with the website, as websites sometimes have problems, please feel free to call with your order. 1800-506-6815. Please have your Name, Address, Email Address, Credit Card Information and Your Order ready.
You may also email me with a order and a phone number. I will call for credit card information.

Who pays for the shipping on returned items?
|
If our compatibility chart leads you to make a incorrect purchase, we will gladly pay for all shipping charges back and exchanges to be sent to you. We will provide a return postage paid envelope for the return. If a return is made for any other reason, the customer will pay shipping charges.

Can I order if I live over seas in a different country?
|
Yes. However the free freight is not included. Please email me at jerrystoys@gmail.com with an order and I will give you a freight quote. The order will need to be placed through email and paid with credit card or paypal. The site is set up to take orders from Canada. I seem to ship products all over the world and will work with anyone on an order.

What if I order a disk and I don't like the music or the arrangment?
|
Software that is returned due to un-satisfaction is subject to a 40% restocking fee against an equal or greater exchange. All freight charges for the return and exchanges will be paid by the customer. All returns must me made within 30 days. Book/Disk combinations cannot be returned after being opened. No cash refunds will be made for these types of returns.
