We will gladly take returns and give refunds if the site compatibility chart leads you to make a purchase that is not compatible with your instrument. For refunds, we must be notified within 10 days of the date of sale. All exchanges must be made within 30 days.
For all other returns, please email us with the reason for the return. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to approve all returns.

All Returns Must Be Made Within 30 Days and must be returned in the original manufacture’s package. All book/disk combinations that are opened are not returnable.

All returns that are unauthorized will be sent back to the customer.

All software that is returned due to unsatisfaction is subject to a 40% restocking fee against an equal or greater exchange. All freight charges for the return and exchanges will be paid by the customer. All returns must be made within 30 days. No cash refunds will be made for these types of returns.
